Extra Tai Chi Content

    As we get ready to return to our Tai Chi practice, and for those of you on vacation, I thought you might like to read this article I received. I follow this Blog and get regular articles of interest, but I thought this one was especially good for our group. If you have some time, please give it a read.

    It has lots of good info, some of which we have already touched on in class. I have been working on improving my “flow” by trying to have my breathing follow my movements. It is harder than it sounds, especially on some of the more complicated moves! When it does happen that everything moves as one, I almost feel as if I am floating. It is a wonderful feeling that I hope I can bring to more of my set. Try to take some time to experiment with your set, even if it is just with the 1st 2 or 3 moves.
